We seek a controlling interest in the companies we invest in and take a hands-on approach working with management and employees to turn the company around. This entails a dedicated process of restructuring and redevelopment, coupled with a buy-and-build strategy to bring new customers, new markets or new technologies.
We typically invest in one of the following situations: succession constructions, distressed companies, management buy-out or carve-out. And we’re in it for the long haul. When we invest, we don’t just bring our own capital, but our twenty-five years of proven experience as well.
